One-on-One Sessions

Cultivating a healthy, balanced relationship with plants — through food, herbs and nature — is a beautiful homecoming. Whether you’re interested in changing your diet, looking to integrate more health-promoting foods, exploring herbal medicine or making a lifestyle shift, Jordan will work with you to offer guidance and support as well as practical tools and tips for meeting your goals. The result? Coming home to your most vibrant, radiant self.

One-on-one sessions are for you if:

  • You are ready to make sustainable shifts in your diet and lifestyle, but don’t know where to start.

  • You are looking for accountability and support on your health journey.

  • You are seeking to uplevel your foundational health practices.

  • You are curious to experiment with a whole food, plant-based diet.

  • You are yearning to integrate herbal medicine and the healing power of nature into your daily life.

Initial nutrition counseling sessions are 75 minutes. Follow up sessions are 45 minutes.


The Check-In

Life moves fast. There are times when we are most supported through on-going, consistent work with a practitioner, and there are times when we just need a quick check-in. Check-in sessions are for the person seeking occasional guidance, education and empowerment around their health, nutrition and well-being goals. Topics include (but aren’t limited to) hormonal health, building and maintaining a healthy nervous system, digestive health, supporting healthy sleep practices, building and maintaining a strong immune system, supportive cognitive health, skin health, and cardiovascular health.

Check-in sessions are for you if:

  • You need help getting started or dipping your toe in the realm of taking care of yourself through holistic nutrition and herbal medicine.

  • You need guidance and support in taking the next best steps for your health goals.

  • You’re curious about an herb, practice, or way of eating and would like a professional sounding board to determine if it’s right for you.

  • You’re seeking general education on nutrition, health, herbal medicine, or practices for taking care of yourself.

Check-ins are 30 minutes.


Serenity Sessions

Feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed? The plants have your back. In these sessions, Jordan will support you in nourishing your nervous system through food, herbs and connection with nature. You’ll gain personalized knowledge in how to use plants to cultivate resilience and a grounded sense of well-being. Serenity now.

Serenity sessions are 60 minutes.
